Course Delivery - Online

Blueline Learning's PACE training is available online in a live instructor-led environment.

The content of our course is exactly the same as the classroom version, but is delivered by small group sessions using any computer with an internet connection.

Our engaging approach has impressed learners and enabled organisations to keep working, and training, when attending a classroom was not an option

Course Delivery - Classroom (LIMITED AVAILABILITY DUE TO COVID-19, PLEASE CALL TO DISCUSS)

We will deliver this course at your site for up to 10 delegates. Although the course structure is based on the information above, we know every group of learners is different and so we adapted our deliver to meet their specific needs. What results is a course that varies in content and delivery time. We are love answering questions and 'what-ifs' and engaging with our learners. Equally, we don't believe in keeping people away from their work or padding out the training with too much detail, when it's sometimes not needed. Experience tells us that the training will take up to 6 hours, but once all of the areas have been covered,  your staff can get back to work!

What do our learners say:

It was nice to interact and have training where you felt involved not just to sit in the room and be talked at. Good approach to sit down with us and not use power point and do tasks to make us think that were not tedious

Really good training, I needed a refresher but actually felt I learnt more then I was taught originally

Helpful and friendly. I liked that we could interrupt and discuss at any time to give working examples for colleagues. His knowledge was evident and I enjoyed the day. I came away feeling very confident about using Pace which is exactly what I wanted from the training.
