We offer a range of courses aimed at investigators, lawyers and others in the criminal justice and enforcement sectors all available in a classroom delivery or a live on-line instructor-led format.

An Introduction to Cyber and Digital Evidence (CD20/01)

An entry-level course aimed at lawyers and case workers. Using a case study, delegates will be taken through how data is stored on different devices, how these devices connect to a network and what evidence can be obtained from looking at the router.

Intermediate Cyber and Digital (CD20/02)

Suitable for delegates who have already attended our Introduction to Cyber and Digital Evidence (CD20/01) course or for those with a good base knowledge of digital evidence, computers and networking, during this course we delve further into the world of digital evidence and beyond including common hacking techniques, ransomware and cryptocurrency.

Social Media Platforms (SM20/01)

Delegates will explore both popular and more obscure platforms, consider how data is stored and how it can be obtained, either from the device or via an application to the service provider.

Communications Data (CD20/01)

Delegates will gain an enhanced understanding of different types of communications data and how that data can be attributed to a person, its use and limitations in evidence and the why and how Radio Frequency Propagation Surveys.

An introduction to Scenes of Crime Examination (SOCO20/01)

A practical awareness course aimed at lawyers and case workers. Using a mock case study, delegates will be taken through the process of a forensic examination of a crime scene by an active SOCO from an ISO accredited Scientific Services department. The course will cover the examination process from start to finish, exploring the different evidence types encountered and their significance to the overall investigation.
